We engage socio-economic development participation from every level of the organisation by actively seeking employee community involvement opportunities; communicating these
projects through our internal communication channels; and encouraging our employees to get involved.
Lewis Group employees are invited to forward proposals and suggestions for funding worthy causes in the communities where they live and work. Worthy projects are selected
throughout regions where we operate, and employees are involved in the selection and handover of funds or merchandise.
